Service operator and acceptance

By creating an account or using Yotuway, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Additional seller, payment, return, or promotion terms may apply when clearly presented for a specific service.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate, current information, have legal capacity to enter the relevant transaction, and protect access to your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

A single account may buy and, after completing the applicable onboarding and checks, sell. You may not impersonate another person or create accounts to evade restrictions.

Marketplace role

Yotuway provides technology that connects buyers with independent sellers. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, the seller is responsible for the product, price, conformity, stock, delivery, returns, warranties, and legally required information.

Yotuway does not manufacture marketplace goods to compete against its sellers. We may moderate listings and intervene against fraud, unsafe products, manipulation, or practices that damage fair competition.

Seller obligations and fair competition

Sellers must have the right to offer their products, describe them accurately, comply with consumer, product-safety, tax, and intellectual-property law, and maintain current business information where required.

Artificial dumping, coordinated manipulation, deceptive pricing, fake scarcity, or conduct intended to unfairly eliminate competitors is prohibited. Yotuway may request evidence, recommend a price correction, limit visibility, suspend a listing, or restrict selling where a documented market-integrity risk exists.

Orders, payments, and returns

The checkout information shown before confirmation forms part of the transaction. Payment providers may apply their own terms and verification controls.

Cancellation, return, refund, warranty, and withdrawal rights follow the law applicable to the transaction and the information disclosed by the seller. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Prohibited use

You may not use Yotuway for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity; sell prohibited, counterfeit, stolen, or unsafe goods; interfere with platform security; scrape protected data without authorization; manipulate reviews or rankings; or infringe third-party rights.

Content, moderation, and suspension

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Yotuway a non-exclusive license to host, display, format, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the marketplace.

We may remove content, pause transactions, request evidence, restrict features, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or enforcement of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable measures to keep Yotuway available and secure, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Mandatory statutory liability is not excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Yotuway is not liable for indirect loss caused by third parties, external services, or misuse of the platform.

Changes, law, and contact

We may update the service or these terms for legal, security, or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels before they take effect when required.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Courts in Madrid have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides another forum. Questions may be sent to gestion@nexusvibe.net.
